Alternative Institutions (if Mandatory Institutions fully booked)
If a mandatory institution is fully booked, you can choose an alternative institution as per the below list. When submitting your online application, we must have evidence of this in writing along with a booking confirmation & number.
Also when submitting your online application, the attached itinerary should have the name of the facilitated program that you’re attending otherwise this cannot be used as an alternative to a Mandatory Institution. In addition, we require written evidence of why you are not attending 3 of the 4 Mandatory Institutions: See Written Evidence Tab

- National Archives of Australia Students must participate in a civics and citizenship education program (with a choice of education programs):

- National Gallery of Australia (Stories of Australian Art program).
