We understand that due to the popularity of the PACER program there may be times when some mandatory institutions are fully booked. Depending on your travel arrangements, exemptions may be considered in these circumstances.
Please note that if an application is not submitted prior to travel, an exemption request must be lodged within 3 months of travel. Requests submitted after this period cannot be considered.
